How do I pay?
Once your order is completed, Pivot & Spine will email you regarding your preferred payment option. Payments can be made using using Direct Bank Transfer (wire) or PayPal. Additional Fees of 3% will be added for PayPal transactions.
What comes with my purchase?
All unworn items will come as they do from Authorized Dealers. Preowned items will be listed and photographed with the Exact items that accompany them.
How do you ship?
Pivot & Spine ships using FedEx Priority Overnight. At this time we only ship domestically within the US.
What is your return policy?
Pivot & Spine is happy to accept returns within 48 hours if the item is not as described. We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse so please be sure of the model prior to your purchase.
How can I buy something if it shows "Out of Stock"?
Pivot & Spine is constantly buying and selling inventory. If an item shows "Out of Stock", simply Contact Us to send us an email or call. It is most likely we can source another within the next 24-48 hours.
